When Robin arrived at Proteus didn’t have a coherent internal communications network to speak of. In the first few months she spent with the company, Robin launched the first all-company newsletter, developed a custom Intranet, and rolled out a monthly company wide conversation with the CEO. Each of these internal communication platforms continue to scale and evolve with the company and have dramatically improved the flow and consistency of information across departments and sites.
