Kristen has worked tirelessly over the past several years to enhance the Coca-Coal Ambassador Program — an internal campaign that inspires one hundred thousand North American associates to build brand love and protect the company’s reputation through daily, personal actions. Under her leadership the program has come to life through a robust internal marketing and communications campaign reaching associates like never before.
She also led strategy and development of the Coca-Cola Ambassador Mobile App, which is an award winning desktop and mobile platform that gives associates, families, and business partners anytime access to Coca-Cola facts outside the firewall. The app, which was originally classified as a risk to the company, has paid off with more than 140,000 downloads by 84,000 individuals in under a year.
