Lindsay Chambers, Public Information Officer, State of Hawaii Insurance Division
Lindsay has spent four years making quick advances through the PR landscape of Hawaii Island, which is the youngest of the Hawaii Islands. She started her career with Stryker Weiner & Yokota where she managed campaigns for top Hawaii companies like the Hawaii Tourism Authority, Ala Moana Center, and Bishop Museum.
After leaving Stryker Weiner & Yokota, Lindsay landed at the State of Hawaii Insurance Division. Starting during the budding phases of the Affordable Care Act, she hit the ground running with the task of reaching individuals and businesses with critical information regarding the new bill. Lindsay was responsible for the creation and distribution of over four thousand informative brochures, which were then picked up by the state’s non-profit insurance exchange, the Hawaii Health Connector, and translated into multiple languages to reach the states Asian and Polynesian population.
