CTA and ODS executives determined that an investor relations
program with stepped-up communication would improve the market's
perception of the company's stock potential.

The company established several program objectives:

* to increase ODS stock price to the highest "sustainable" level;

* to get ODS' stock price/earnings ratio in line with those of
its peers in the networking industry;

* to generate more research on the company by the investment
community, particularly by national stock brokerage firms;

* to produce coverage of ODS in business and financial
publications;

* to attract more institutional holdings of ODS stock; and

* to boost the company's overall market capitalization.
