On Feb. 14, New York-headquartered Ruder-Finn Inc. and New York-based Zemi Investments LP established a new division, Ruder-Finn Stoga to provide Latin American and international companies in Latin America guidance on global PR, corporate affairs and capital market communications campaigns.
Robert D. Ferris will serve as executive VP and head of corporate/investor relations and Anne Glauber will serve as senior VP and head the division's business-to-business operations.
Clients of the start-up venture include Embraer, the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer; Vitro S.A., a Mexican glass producer; and FEMSA, a Mexican-based beverage company. (Ruder-Finn, 212/593-6400)
