The National Geographic Channel and New York Times Television aired the first episode of their new weekly, hour-long newsmagazine "Science Times" on June 26. The program
includes up to three stories examining new discoveries in science, medicine and technology. The first episode followed a woman's battle against cystic fibrosis and a controversial
live donor lung transplant.
