A New Survey Of Radio PSA Directors In The Top 50 Markets says that 100% of stations have a public service announcements rotation. Of course, it's difficult to get a 100% of
anything so let's just say the vast majority of radio stations make room for PSAs. It's important to note, we're told, that most if not all radio PSAs tend to run in the middle of
the night. But, in a 24/7 news environment, the wee hours of the morning can no longer be categorized as a media dead zone.
