Brill Media Holdings and Powerful Media are the latest big-name publishers to join forces. Under the deal, Inside.com publisher Powerful Media will exchange assets for a stake
in Brill Media Holdings, parent of Brill's Content magazine which will combine with Inside to create a new title, Inside Content. The merged venture will also
expand a relationship with Primedia, publisher of media news Web site MediaCentral.com (now linked directly to inside.com.) Media Central's print properties cover everything from
broadcasting to book publishing.
