The Social CEO says high-performing CEOs are engaging and social media users. They post regularly about industry issues and personal anecdotes, avoiding politics and current events. These high-performing CEOs are authentic and emphasize open communication. The percentage of CEOs with social media presence is approximately 50% higher in the tech industry than it is in the FMCG and pharma sectors.
