Agencies Strengthen Their Operations with New Ventures

  • MWW/Strategic Communications, East Rutherford, N.J., acquired Chicago-based Agenda Communications on Jan. 16. The 10-person agency will be renamed MWW/Agenda and will maintain its offices in downtown Chicago as well as in Springfield, Ill

  • The Big Apple may have its fair share of PR agencies, but add one more to the list: The Terpin Group, a PR agency headquartered in Marina del Rey, Calif., has added another office to its three-location roster (other sites are in Los Angeles and San Francisco).     ADP Investor Services Partners with Business Wire

    On Jan. 14, ADP Investor Communication Services, Edgewood, N.Y., inked a deal with Business Wire, an international provider of investor relations information. The agreement gives Business Wire, based San Francisco, preferred rights to market StreetLink, a communications services that offers quarterly reports and other corporate information to shareholders.     Cramer-Krasselt to Help Orlando Science Center

    Cramer-Krasselt, Orlando, Fla., has been retained by The Orlando Sience Center to help brand its new facility, scheduled to open in February.
