Richard Ziegler, who became nationally-known as President
Richard Nixon's press secretary, died last week of a heart attack
at the age of 63. He was one of the first presidential press
secretaries with a background in advertising and PR rather than
journalism, and he is famous for calling the Watergate break-in a
"third-rate burglary."
