IABC OFFERS INTRANET HANDBOOK

The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) last month released a handbook of "best practices" for creating and managing internal Web sites, or "Intranets." In addition to general guidelines, the handbook describes the experiences of several organizations, such as Digital Equipment Corp. [DEC], Levis Strauss & Co. and the Mayo Clinic.
