DrKoop.com ailing. MillenniumHealth has bailed out of DrKoop.com. The Va.-based medical equipment dealer and online news service was in negotiations with the beleaguered
Web site, but talks broke down; a statement was released saying simply that the two companies could not agree on terms. A dark horse bidder, Undertherapy.com, may still try to

Women's health mag debuts. A free magazine, Every Woman, The Essential Guide for Healthy Living, is being published and distributed by the Association of Women's
Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses in conjunction with Profile Pursuit Inc. The 300-plus page, full-color annual is aimed at more than 500,000 women age 25 and older, to give
them health care and wellness information to make informed choices and purchases . It is being given away by the association's nurse members at hospitals, clinics and physicians'
