GREENSTONE BUYS INTO FLORIDA FIRM

Greenstone Roberts Advertising/Florida, Orlando, on Aug. 22 announced that it had purchased a minority stake in The Gothard Group, a Miami PR firm. Under the terms of the agreement--which are confidential--the agencies have merged, to become Gothard/Greenstone Roberts.
For the time being, the new firm will be located at Gothard's Miami address. In coming weeks, the firm will move to a new Miami address, where Greenstone also will consolidate its Hispanic division, based in Miami, and another Greenstone PR unit based in nearby Coconut Creek.
Gothard founder Barbara Gothard becomes president and chief operating officer of the new firm, with Greenstone's chairman, Ronald Greenstone, taking the title of CEO.
Greenstone Roberts Advertising/Florida is a wholly owned subsidiary of Greenstone Roberts Advertising Inc. [GRRI], based in Melville, N.Y.
