The St. Louis-based PR firm, part of the Omnicom Group, says the practice, called FH Out Front, will involve more than a dozen Fleishman-Hillard staff members in seven
markets: Chicago; Kansas City, Mo.; New York; San Diego; San Francisco; St. Louis; and Washington.
The practice is part of the FH multicultural division, joining FH African-American and FH Hispania. FH Out Front's initial clients include the Eastman Kodak Company and
the New York and Washington chapters of PFLAG (Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays). The practice is led by two co-chairmen: Ben Finzel, 37, a senior VP in
