That Frank Ovaitt has been elected President-CEO of the
Institute for Public Relations. Ovaitt, managing director of
Crossover International Inc., an independent communications firm he
founded in 1995, takes on the helm of IPR at the end of 2004.
Earlier in his career, Ovaitt was VP-Corporate Affairs for MCI.
