ASDA: Any move can result in a PR incident or crisis. Founded in 1949, ASDA, Britain’s second largest supermarket chain, wanted to help customers battle inflation with Just Essentials, its new budget line. Wrong. Blenderbot.ai: Meta’s AI chatbot that engages with people as developers hone its ‘brain.’ Recently, Max Woolf of BuzzFeed asked the bot about Meta chief Mark Zuckerberg.
