At 28-years-old, Monica has a mind for business and a way with clients and employees that rivals someone who has been in an executive position for decades. She leads by example, always willing to roll up her sleeves and help her team. Acting as COO she has been the right-hand in growing Konnect PR from a four employee, six client operation into a multi-million dollar company with more than 35 employees and almost 60 clients.
Over the past year, Monica has lead the new business acquisition of 17 clients, amounting to over half a million dollars in revenue. Her work — stretching from outreach and proposal creations, to on-boarding and ongoing management — has brought in notable clients like Dave & Buster’s, The Goddard School, and Found Animals Foundation.
