If it's Tuesday it must be... another survey on managing corporate reputation, this one sponsored by communications firm Hill & Knowlton and executive recruitment giant
Korn/Ferry International. The recently released survey examined the C-suite perspective on corporate reputation at a time when both the public and the media are crying out for
candor from corporate America. The survey polled 257 executives from both private and public companies. A few of the most salient findings:

  • 65% of the CEOs surveyed said it is their personal responsibility to manage their company's reputation.
  • 14% of the CEOs said their company's board was responsible
  • 12% considered corporate reputation a responsibility of their communications departments.
