Ketchum - Jon Higgins, currently partner and CEO of Ketchum's London office, is named CEO of the agency's European operations. Higgins will oversee the agency's clients in
London, Paris, Munich, Milan and Madrid. He'll remain in the London office; David Gallagher gets the nod for CEO of the London office.

Mantas -- Alan Mangelsdorf has been named head of corporate and marketing communications for the firm, which provides behavior detection technology for the financial services
and telecommunications industries.

Medialink - Former BBC broadcaster Lucy Hadfield has been appointed Managing Director of the international operations of Medialink Worldwide. Bill Jones is named Vice Chairman.
