Miller/Shandwick Promotes Three

Miller/Shandwick Technologies promoted three executives in its
East and West Coast offices.

In Boston, senior vice president and general manager Tony
Sapienza becomes executive vice president. On the West Coast, Lisa
Kelaita, a vice president in the Silicon Valley (Mountain View,
Calif.) office, was promoted to vice president and general manager.
The vice president and general manager of the Los Angeles office,
Frank Pollare, was named senior vice president for both

Pacific/West Taps Leaders

Pacific/West Communications Group Inc., Los Angeles, named Paul
Doupe president of the firm's Western U.S. Marketing Group. He
previously headed the agency's advertising and marketing divisions.

Paul Phillips was promoted to president of the agency's Western
U.S. Public Affairs Group. Phillips earlier established P/W's
Portland, Ore. office, and will continue to be based there.

Albertini Heads EPB/Philly

Steve Albertini was promoted to general manager of the
Philadelphia office of advertising and PR agency Earle Palmer Brown
(EPB). Albertini was named partner in charge of public relations in
EPB's Philadelphia office last year.

His predecessor, Scott Franks, is leaving EPB to join another
Philadelphia advertising and PR agency, Tierney & Partners, as chief

Richardson Heads Reid PR Division

Rand Richardson, a social marketing specialist and former vice
president at Los Angeles offices of Pacific/West Communications Group
Inc. and The Rowland Co., joined The Russ Reid Co. (RRC), Pasadena, as
vice president of the public relations division.

RRC is a social marketing agency specializing in work for non-
