Karen drives the pro bono campaign for Chrysalis, a non-profit which helps the homeless and economically disadvantaged become self-sufficient by providing employment resources. The goal of the campaign was to raise awareness, which ultimately would help raise funds, for this worthy cause. Karen led her team in the charge, which resulted in spectacular placements in publications such as LA Confidential and The Los Angeles Business Journal, which in turn accomplished the goals Karen and her team set out to achieve.
