  • Kruse & Parker, an advertising, marketing and PR agency in Reno, Nev., names Misty Young as PR planner; formerly press secretary to Nevada Attorney General Frankie Sue Del Papa, and Deputy Press Secretary to former Governor Bob Miller.

  • Parker LePla, a Seattle-based brand development and PR firm, hires Darcie Wolfe as director; was director of marketing for software company WRQ, Seattle.

  • Strategic communications firm Wixted Pope Nora & Associates, Houston, names Ray Thompson as VP; was public & governmental affairs regional director for BP Amoco, Houston.
  • Rob Caborn joins Yesawich, Pepperdine & Brown, Orlando, Fla., as SVP of the PR division; was SVP for Gilbert & Manjura Marketing, Longwood, Fla.
