Online PR Gets Easier

For small to mid-size companies, keeping a tight reign on the ever-evolving online media industry can seem almost impossible with hundreds of news sites surfacing online.

An Internet startup, founded by a team of marketing, PR and technology experts is expected to make this media relations task easier. Newsblaster.com, slated to launch early
this summer, will use its database technology and filtering capabilities to expedite online PR efforts.

It will allow users to:

  • query the Newsblaster.com media database by industry code, keyword and/or geographic location;
  • import their customer and employee list to monitor internal market interest;
  • target appropriate editors; and
  • get real-time feedback on who has downloaded the company's press releases.

All of this data is stored will be stored under a company profile that can be accessed any time the Newsblaster.com Web site.
