No Pundit Left Behind

Armstrong Williams' debut yesterday (March 15) as co-host of
"Drive Time Dialogue" on WWRL AM radio (New York) plays
right into the notion that there's no such thing as bad press.

Williams has been embroiled in the Ketchum controversy
for being paid to promote the Bush administration's education
policies (PR News, Jan. 26).

After the controversy was splashed across the front pages, his
syndicator, Tribune Media Services, dropped Williams' print
column. That's a float time of little more than a month between the
time Williams was branded Public Enemy No. 1 and landing his own
radio gig. What a country.
