CooperKatz has been the agency of record for Coldwell Banker Real Estate (CB) since 2007. Anne leads the charge to keep this more than 100-year-old brand fresh and relevant in an environment that includes tough traditional competition as well as several newly minted digital-age real estate entities. As the senior relationship manager, Anne has had a respected voice in driving strategy and business goals, from the new business win through the 2008 downturn to today. She provides high-level counsel for the CMO and VP of communications, who treat her as a peer, a trusted sounding board and a source of creative thinking. This year, Anne has led the team in setting the course for the company’s three-year plan. Under Anne’s guidance, a key initiative for 2015 was to position CB as the only real estate company that has embraced and is advocating the understanding of smart or connected homes within the industry. This approach gave Coldwell Banker a significant platform at the Consumer Electronics show and a strong tie to the emerging smart home industry.
