Exponent's all-agency meetings embody a genuine gratitude for employees, culminating in the “Bamboo Award,” which is given to a team in recognition for account growth and success. They receive an all-expense-paid party to celebrate their achievement.
Every single employee—from the CEO to the intern—works in an open space with no doors, fostering collaboration and creativity. In fact, it’s commonplace to see entry-level employees chatting with senior leadership on a regular basis.
Many employees bike into work, so Exponent has an in-house shower and locker room, as well as a bike shop stocked full of tools for free and easy tune-ups. Outside of the office, employees are encouraged to explore the outdoors, and are provided with complementary State Park passes.
Literally on top of traditional benefits, Exponent offers a free weekly fitness class to employees, varying from yoga to Zumba and beyond. The classes take place on the agency’s rooftop space, making it as convenient as possible for employees to attend.
