PRNEWS Announces the 2025 Platinum Award Winners

PRNEWS announced the winners of the 2025 Platinum Awards on Tuesday, October 7, before an audience of more than 400 PR and communications professionals gathered at the Pier Sixty venue in New York City. In addition to awarding the coveted Platinum awards—long recognized as PR’s highest honor—we celebrated our People of the Year and, for the first time, honored the PRNEWS Agency Elite 120—all in one elegant, classy affair. It was truly a night to remember for the people, teams and campaigns that define excellence in modern communications.

This year’s Platinum winners represent the industry’s highest standard of creativity, innovation and impact—those who have reached the pinnacle of strategic storytelling, brand reputation and audience connection. A few agencies stole the limelight with multiple wins. Bospar took home a whopping five campaign wins, for expertise in Cause-Related Marketing, Community Relations, LGBTQIA2+-Centered, On a Shoestring Budget and Ecommerce.

SHIFT Porter Novelli’s campaign Justice By Her Type, which applied public scrutiny to lawmakers in a massive, civic effort to pass legislation protecting women from femicide, earned awards within four separate categories: Political, Government and Regulator Relations, Legislative and Regulatory Relations, and Public Health/Public Safety.

SolComms took home a trio of awards, in the categories of Branding Campaign, B2C and Environment/Sustainability, as did GrubHub’s Special Delivery campaign, the last of which included the highest honor of the evening: the Platinum Grand Prix.

Grubhub's standout campaign sought to inspire genuine loyalty amongst a sea of indistinguishable apps by sending 5,000 moms that long-awaited postpartum meal and a free year of Grubhub+. The program celebrated moms and put their stories front and center by featuring raw videos of moms in hospital beds cradling both their baby and their delivered food. The campaign drove Grubhub+ signups, 700+ media placements and a projected lifetime value of over $228 million.
