With nine years of communications and program experience, Jessica Zetzman’s diverse background allows her to seamlessly blend the Case Foundation’s initiatives with its communication campaigns. The Case Foundation—a D.C.-based family foundation led by noted Washingtonians and philanthropists Steve and Jean Case—is viewed as an industry leader in the use of digital communications tools.
Since Zetzman came on board in 2015, she has worked to strengthen its digital strategy. During her tenure, the Foundation’s social media presence has grown to over 535,000 Twitter followers and 109,000 Facebook followers. She has continued to be a visible leader in experimentation with new social media platforms like Facebook Live. Within the first months of its release, Zetzman led a three-day Facebook Live activation at the Millennial Engagement Conference (MCON)—one of the first Facebook Live experiences of its kind—which amassed more than 180,000 views.
Prior to coming to the Case Foundation, Zetzman served on the communications and grants team for Washington Area Women’s Foundation, leading the organization’s social media strategy, spearheading an award-winning website redesign and assisting throughout the grant making/management process.
