Trisha Cardoso is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all global public and media relations initiatives for Showtime. These efforts are designed to enhance the corporate and programming profile and growth for the network, as well as its multiplex channels.
Under Cardoso's leadership, Showtime launched its internet streaming service. In addition to overseeing programming publicity, media and talent relations, events, sports publicity, corporate branding and public relations, Cardoso is the company's chief press officer, responsible for all corporate and business press outreach, as well as serving as the Showtime communications liaison with parent company CBS Corporation.
In the past year, Cardoso executed a creative awards campaign for Showtime series themed around the election. She also oversaw the launch of hit series "Billions" as well as "Homeland," "The Affair," "Ray Donovan" and more. She handles the announcements of corporate expansions of the Showtime brand in new countries.
Cardoso has been a leader in the communications and television industry for almost three decades.
