In the past 12 months, she played a significant and pivotal role in changing the way PR agencies pitch new business with the success of a client win with Blackberry. When others would have taken the easy route and turned the other away, she rose to the challenge and tuned it into one of Text100’s largest opportunities.
Aedhmar believes it’s important to contribute to societal efforts where possible. She sits on the Board of Trustees for the Arthur W. Page Society, serving as Co-Chair of The Thought Leadership Committee, aiming to advance the way corporate communications is understood, practiced and taught. She’s on the Board of TechnoServe, whose mission is to support entrepreneurs in the developing world to build their businesses. She is also a Fellow of the Aspen Institute, a program that focuses on helping leaders transform success into significance.
