Based in New York, Hannah provides digital strategy consulting to global blue-chip clients. She has developed and executed content, social, mobile and digital strategies for IBM, Canon, Nestle, Kimberly-Clark, Merck, Huawei and KFC.
Hannah also sits on the Social@Ogilvy global Executive Committee and is responsible for a weekly training and inspiration program for all Ogilvy employees. Other responsibilities include implementing structure, developing relevant products and training teams in local markets such as Hong Kong, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana and Mongolia.
Prior to NYC, Hannah worked at Ogilvy Hong Kong where she was responsible for communications solutions that innovate business processes and drive efficiencies in marketing, operations, customer service and product research. One particular social CRM program contributed to a retail client exceeding the stretch revenue target by 25%.
Before moving overseas, Hannah headed up the Social Media and Mobile division of Australian-based digital marketing agency, Switched on Media. In her role, Hannah tripled the team YOY for two years, resulting in awards for the BRW Fast 100, Deloitte Asia Pacific Fast 500 and Smart Company Smart 50 Awards. The growth is attributed to consistently delivering an exceptional standard of work for clients.
