PRNEWS Announces Winners of the 2024 Experiential & Event PR Awards

PRNEWS has announced the 2024 Experiential & Event PR Awards, which honor the creative and strategic PR events that engage audiences, amplify brand messages and generate buzzworthy media coverage. Winners are the media events, press tours, PR activations and red-carpet affairs that are making waves and innovating at every corner.

“The inaugural Experiential & Event PR Awards demonstrate the creativity, dedication and strategic acumen behind the most outstanding experiences and events created by the PR industry,” says Kaylee Hultgren, Content Director for PRNEWS. “At long last, public relations practitioners can take due credit for their laudable event work behind the scenes, from consumer-facing activations to B2B networking events to festivals and fanfests. It is truly an honor to facilitate such well-deserved recognition.”

A big winner was Sharp Think’s Cosentino CNEXT 2024 Designer Summit, which took home the Best Overall PR Event/Experiential Campaign (B-to-B) award. The three-day educational and networking conference connected the brand, which is a global leader in innovative surfacing solutions for residential and commercial design, with top designer customers and prospects from across North America. The now annual summit brought the national design community together in an intimate, immersive, luxurious locale.

Another highlight was Paramount+’s The Lodge with PR support from The Brand Agency, which was named Best Overall PR Event/Experiential Campaign (B-to-C). Following an immensely successful debut year, Paramount+ revived their iconic “The Lodge” tour—but with twice as many stops. The Lodge centered around the service’s “Mountain of Entertainment,” a nod to the variety of titles available on the streaming platform. At each snowy stop, attendees were invited to explore the mountain-themed lodge and immerse themselves in their favorite shows.

An additional notable performance came from Carmichael Lynch, which took home double accolades with Best Festival/Fanfest Activation for A Taste of Stella Italian Cheese at New York City Wine & Food Festival and Best Mobile Marketing Tour for Shaving and Grating our Way Across the Country with Stella Cheese.

Sharp Think also won two categories: Best Pop-up Store for HI-CHEW Bites Candy Shop and the Cosentino event mentioned above.
