Lainey Garcia is Manager of External Communications at McDonald’s USA, LLC. In this role, Lainey focuses specifically on social and digital communications supporting McDonald’s national public relations and marketing windows.

Lainey’s experience with the brand began at the local level where she provided strategic communications counsel and marketing support to McDonald’s owner/operators in Georgia and South Carolina. Prior to that, she handled media relations for the Denny’s brand. She also spent time in the non-profit and journalism arenas.

Lainey holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida and will graduate with her MBA from the University of Notre Dame next year. She and her husband reside in downtown Chicago.
