PR Services Manager
Diane Lennox is PR services manager for SAS, a leader in business analytics software and services.
A 30-year veteran in marketing communications and writing for all media, Diane has spent nearly a decade managing operations SAS' internal PR agency. She has developed and maintained PR measurement and monitoring programs, working across divisions to understand objectives, formalize requirements and interpret results for diverse audiences. She has recently participated as a member of The Conclave, a cross-disciplinary coalition of marketing and communications associations representing 11 industry associations and eight major corporations working to define social media measurement standards (#SMMStandards) that will work across companies, brands, agencies and disciplines.
In addition to measurement programs, Diane manages the Global PR Resource Center (internal) and agency extranet, facilitates communications among dozens of country PR managers, oversees communication and media training, supports SAS' social media program and provides SEO guidance.
