Reebok's company culture is second to none. Senior management encourages employees to 'Live the Delta,' which is the Reebok brand mark. The Reebok Delta symbolizes the positive physical, mental and social changes that occur when people embrace a fitness lifestyle. Through participating in 'tough fitness' activities, the idea is that we all become better human beings in all aspects of our lives.
With this in mind, employees are not only allowed, but actively encouraged to take time out of their workdays to participate in fitness activities. CrossFit classes are provided throughout the day (everyday) from world renowned coaches at a top notch CrossFit Box, Reebok CrossFit ONE. Employees can also participate in Les Mills classes, boxing, yoga, spinning and boot camp classes.
Reebok holds a relaxed dress code where employees are encouraged to wear its products. There is a Campus Store at a 50% discount. The cafeteria boasts healthy options with nutritional information provided, and employees can have their dry cleaning done, get a manicure, or get their haircut by 'Barb the Barber.'
A daily shuttle brings employees to work from several subway locations, and there are employee ride sharing programs, electric car charging stations, and car detailing services.
AMP (adidas Group Mentoring Programme) has made finding a mentor or becoming one incredibly simple. Employees can simply sign up as a mentor and/or a mentee on the AMP Workspace on a-LIVE, the employee intranet. The program provides a unique development opportunity for employees across the group by sharing expertise, receiving and/or giving career advice and exchanging and leveraging cross-functional knowledge.
The adidas Group also recently launched the 'Talent Carousel,' a program for manager level employees that offers cross-functional and cross-cultural career experiences to prepare future leaders for management level positions globally. During the program, 20 participants are placed in a new role within Brand or Sales for 18 -24 months to gain new skills and experiences to further their careers.
