With 80+ offices in 29 countries, FleishmanHillard (FH) offers an unparalleled global network to design and execute world-class CSR work. FH’s Corporate Responsibility & Global Impact specialists help clients seize the opportunities that flow from being a socially engaged and sustainable business.
Two recent examples of FH’s CSR work include working with Levi’s and the Omidyar Network. FH was asked to help create a newsworthy program aligned with Levi’s business objectives that would maximize value of the Levi’s/49ers stadium naming rights partnership. FH created an in-stadium jean donation program in partnership with Goodwill that showcased the contribution by covering the field with donated jeans to form a recycling symbol at midfield. FH leveraged 49ers players to participate in and amplify the program and used time-lapse video of on-field activation as media and social assets.
Results included 50 articles, including 17 broadcast stories and hits in Sports Illustrated, Bloomberg and GQ Magazine, as well as more than 211 million impressions and an estimated 10.5 million social reach.
Omidyar Network, the $849 million philanthropic investment firm launched by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar, has engaged FH to build a robust thought leadership platform, comprehensive earned media strategy and compelling storytelling content since 2013.
FH works across teams in Mumbai, Johannesburg and London to create localized and around-the-clock support around initiatives in impact investing, education, financial inclusion, governance and citizen engagement and consumer Internet. During the first half of 2015, Omidyar Network was featured in 526 news articles, including The Wall Street Journal and Forbes, saw a 15 percent increase in social media followers, and was recognized as one of The Top 10 Most Influential Twitter authors during the World Economic Forum on Africa.
