Jennifer Coleman has presided over an atmosphere of giving back at Baylor Health Care System, a not-for-profit faith-based health care provider based in Dallas. She’s leveraged Baylor’s corporate contributions and community service program to achieve new levels of donations and outreach. This has been a healthy year, with a $20 million donation from the Sammons Dallas Foundation earmarked for a new cancer complex. Coleman also managed communications for the new Diabetes Health and Wellness Institute in an underserved community in South Dallas.
