
PRNEWS has unveiled the winners of its 2025 Impact Communications Awards, which honor the most outstanding CSR, ESG & DEI initiatives and communicators driving that impact. Winners are the campaigns, initiatives and communicators—both internal and external—that are advancing the fight for global change.

Impact Leaders
Five individuals received special recognition within our Impact Leaders category: Dr. Victor Baker of Equitify for the Ally Award; Philip A. Nardone Jr. of PAN Communications for the Pioneer Award; Helen Giles of Southwest Airlines and Lindsay Philpott of Kind Snacks as Sustainability Champions; and Danyelle Ronia-Delicia Hunter of Her Communications Agency and Debbie Adrian of Warner Pacific Insurance Services as Women’s Empowerment Champions.
