Kimberly Kasitz has over 25 years’ experience in public relations and marketing communications, primarily in the telecommunications and aerospace industries. Currently she serves as public relations & communications manager for General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), a leading manufacturer of remotely piloted aircraft systems, radar and electro-optic and related mission systems.

In her current role, Kimberly is responsible for overseeing media relations, speaking engagements, event sponsorships, model requests, presentations and corporate memberships and contributions efforts. She also serves as gatekeeper of the company’s image, information and visuals to all external audiences. Among her accomplishments since joining GA-ASI in 2004, she has secured feature stories in key local/national/ foreign/trade media, including Aviation Week, The Discovery Channel and The New York Times. In addition, she has orchestrated major announcements and demonstrations/ missions with the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, NASA and other customers, as well as coordinated joint promotions with Australian, British, Canadian and German partners.

Prior to GA-ASI, Kimberly did consulting work for Path 1 Network Technologies and Leap Wireless International/Cricket Communications. Before Leap, she served as director of corporate/marketing communications for Anacomp, a global information outsourcing and maintenance support leader, where she oversaw investor/media relations, marketing communications, customer/employee communications and industry/community relations.
