As content strategy director, Kiersten Lawson leads the writing and editing teams within the the content team at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, shaping and overseeing projects ranging from news features and blogs to website redesigns and content marketing efforts. The content team delivers strategy and services that combine content consulting, creation, editing, localization and publishing expertise to enhance clients' brand stories.

Since joining WE in 1995, Kiersten has honed storytelling and content strategy efforts from an extensive range of clients, including Amazon.com, Avon, Austin City Limits, Complete Genomics, The Financial Services Roundtable, Microsoft, SAP, Segway, StubHub, T-Mobile, VoiceBox and the Women's Bioethics Project. She believes editorial process is far from a dirty word, but rather a critical underpinning for creating content that spurs audiences to engage in meaningful ways.
