David Tinson is vice president of integrated communications at Electronic Arts. In his role, David leads strategic communications and messaging, internal communications, executive visibility, issues/crisis communications and social content and conversation for one of the leading interactive entertainment brands in the world.

David has helped launch more than 100 products and initiatives since joining EA in March 2003, and he's worked from both the company's corporate headquarters in Redwood City, Calif. (2003-04, 2008-present), as well as at EA Canada in Burnaby, B.C. (2004-08). His staff includes teams based within the main development studios for EA SPORTS (EA Canada in Burnaby and EA Tiburon in Orlando, Fla.) as well as EA's European headquarters (Geneva, Switzerland). 

He has previously worked in the athletic departments at the University of Texas (Austin, Texas) and University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill, N.C.), as well as NBC Sports in New York. He has served as a press rep at the Olympic Games, NCAA and ACC Basketball Tournaments, several college football bowl games and American League Championship Series.
