Spectrum considers every employee’s family situation, including how they welcome a new child into their lives. With that in mind, Spectrum offers a generous paid parental leave (up to 13 weeks of full pay) that allows employees ample time to bond with their child whether it’s the birth, adoption or fostering of a child.
