To facilitate its entrepreneurial and engaged culture, Powell Tate eschews the more traditional agency “practice” structure, and encourages colleagues to work across disciplines. Employees at every level often engage on a variety of accounts and interact regularly with colleagues, including the most senior staff, on account work and new business.
Flexible working arrangements are also available to employees on individualized basis. This may include an adjusted schedule where employees can have earlier/later starting and ending times based on official working hours, a part-time schedule or the opportunity to work remotely for up to two weeks per year. There are also staff members who work remotely full-time from their homes around the country.
