Sharon joined Eastwick after gaining a deep understanding of the media from her position with CNN International. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she was Eastwick’s first international hire and has become an outstanding public relations counsel and media strategist. Within her first six months she was able to secure coverage in Fast Company, MIT Technology Review, New York Times, The Verge and Huffington Post.
In March, Sharon spearheaded the debut of Matterport’s professional-grade 3D camera. In the weeks leading up to the announcement she secured in-person interviews for Matterport with outlets like WIRED, TechCrunch, Engadget and CNET. Riding the tide of the significant pre-release buzz, the product launch generated 14 in-depth articles and over 30 syndicated pieces, totaling over 18 million online impressions.
