Widely recognized campaigns including Stronger Than the Storm, which helped New Jersey tourists move past the destructive image of superstorm Sandy and being named International Business Awards’ PR agency of the year show just how effective MWW’s Matter More philosophy can be.
MWW extends its ethos well beyond their office walls. Employees are committed to a number of charitable organizations through the Good Matters program. In 2013 MWW committed to planting 200 trees, one in honor of each employee, and has worked to not only cut four-years worth of carbon emissions from its offices, but also encourages and helps clients to do the same.
Over the pat year, the firm has introduced Fun Fact Fridays, where a multiple choice fun fact question about an employee is broadcast on the company intranet and one lucky winner receives a gift card. Keeping in the spirit of wacky holidays the company has a calendar full of events like Chocolate Chip Cookie Day to spice up the daily routine.
