LPP’s president and CEO, Lois Paul, offers weekly “writing desk” sessions for those interested in sharpening their writing skills or looking for feedback on a specific project or course of action from a veteran of the industry. Overall, LPP is a tight-knit group of self-proclaimed geeks who are truly passionate about their work.
LPP exudes a creative and highly collaborative internal culture where teamwork is embraced and staffers encourage each other to think in new ways, to develop and share opinions and to be creative in the ways the firm helps clients turn up the volume. LPP employees are hand raisers, not finger pointers and are pushed to not only develop individually, but also pitch in and help their coworkers grow in parallel.
LPPers work hard, and play hard. The “Fun Committee” is always cooking up ad-hoc social events to bring everyone together for some fun and games. Weekly trivia is always a big hit with LPP staff and gets quite competitive, as do the Wii Golf and Wii Bowling tournaments. And the many holiday parties, “Friday Socials” and various “happy hours” are great events to enjoy each other’s company, socialize and talk about weekend plans or current events.
