The Horn Group empowers their employees by offering a variety of unique benefits. For parents there is the Baby Trust Fund that contributes $1000 to each child born to employees. Going beyond just physical health, the Health & Wellness program encourages employees to spend up to $200 towards anything that makes them feel good.
Horn Group’s Culture Club organizes offsite trips, happy hours, holiday parties and other ways to ensure employees enjoy the ride. These can include parties and lunches for all occasions and sometimes for no reason other than to have fun.
