Caitlin Kinsey has been at MMC for two years and in that short time she has made a profound difference in her creative and strategic contributions to agency growth, successfully leading client business and staff development. Recognizing Kinsey as a rising star early on, MMC has increasingly given her the types of assignments to help her stretch and grow and earlier this year promoted her to Management Supervisor. Kinsey is known by co-workers and clients for having excellent judgment and professional maturity beyond her years. She thinks strategically about her clients’ business goals, can anticipate client needs and knows how to readjust programs and align staff when needs change.
