Charlotte Otto, senior vp & global external relations
officer for Procter & Gamble, certainly has her work cut
out for her in the weeks and months ahead as she helps to
communicate the benefits of P&G's recent $57 billion purchase
of Gillette, which was announced late last month. However,
our guess is she'll find the time to be at the
Waldorf-Astoria April 11, when she'll be recognized as one
the 2005 Matrix honorees. The annual awards ceremony is sponsored
by New York Women in Communications, which represents nearly
